This past Spring, I was honored to have been a part of Chris & Suzanne's big day! They were married at St. Terese, a beautiful Catholic church here in Memphis.
One of my favorite parts of photographing a wedding is all of the little details that make the day unique to the bride and groom. Suzanne's details did not disappoint! From her pink glittery shoes, to their lavender confetti exit. Everything was well thought out, planned, and executed!
Suzanne made such a gorgeous bride! I especially loved the flowers in her hair! They were the same flowers that Chris's boutonniere was made with! How sweet! Not only was she a beautiful bride, but she was so laid back!
Side note: I loved that she was listening to Widespread Panic as she was getting ready! (For those of you who don't know- they are my all time favorite band!)
Their ceremony was followed by a fun, romantic reception at Robinson Gallery, downtown Memphis. If you are looking for an intimate venue with lots of character, Robinson Gallery is it!
The cupcakes and cake topper were made by Gigi's and were so so pretty and detailed! The cake topper was made so perfectly to coordinate with the stained glass pieces throughout the art gallery.
I think my favorite detail from the day was their exit. We've all seen the sparklers and the bubbles. But Chris and Suzanne had little book-page cones filled with lavender confetti. It was so whimsical and romantic! Not to mention that delicious smell!
Sarah Morris Photography second shot this wedding for Maryrose Brame Photography. It was such an honor to be able to capture this beautiful wedding day for this special couple, alongside such a talented photographer!
